Broadbridge Heath on Sunday 15th November

Arrive by 10.30 am for a 11am start, Finish by 1pm at the latest.

kit: Anything navy blue! Bring warm clothes for between games and umbrellas in case of rain. I will be contacted by 9.30 if the tournament is to be cancelled due to weather conditions. Thanks Anna

Sunday March 8th 2009: U.12 and U.13 team have been entered in the Suacony Netball tournament in Southampton.

We took an U.12 and U.13 team to this tournament, unfortunately a number of girls were not available so the squads were depleted but all who played did tremendously well , they were adaptable, enthusiastic and committed in every game – a credit to our club. The support from parents was also excellent- thanks very much. Both teams finished mid table in their leagues.

A fantastic afternoon in the glorious sun, and as you can see from the results above, the Brighton Girls did the club proud.

The U12 squad (Managed by Hannah Cutress) got their 3rd position, the U14 squad received medals in the second place, and in the very tough U16 pool, the girls (Managed by Nikki Cutress) pulled it out of the bag in the last game to claim 3rd place. The girls had to vote a 'Players player' in this pool and I am very pleased to say that a deserving Lauren Crook won this title.
